Nulab is a Japan-based SaaS company offering three different online tools: Backlog (a project management tool), Cacoo (an online diagramming tool), and Typetalk (a chat app).
Working with this internationally spread-out team, I focused primarily on online and social media ad strategy, concepting, and copywriting as well as managing and editing their blogs. My blogging duties included updating older blogs for newer content, improving SEO, editing/proofreading new and old posts, and occasionally crafting my own new blog posts.
Social Media Ads
With raw data from Facebook and Google analytics, I concepted and wrote several series of digital ads with a tone and aesthetic set to stand out from the rest of your software ads. I brought a sensible amount of word play to what could otherwise be considered a dry topic.
Fun Flowcharts
To properly demonstrate Cacoo’s capabilities and add some pure fun to the content we share, I was able to concept, write, and lay out a series of flowcharts. Inspiring our users to bring more than just business to their diagrams made the work extremely fun and presented a great challenge to merge left- and right-brained thinking.
